At Nemon Consulting LLC, we take a participatory and collaborative approach to consulting. About Nemon Consulting LLC
Melissa Nemon, Ph.D., Founder
Nemon Consulting LLC is a fully woman-owned (WOSB) consulting firm started in 2005 and focused on community-based research, planning, measurement, and evaluation. I hold a Ph.D. in Community Economic Development and two Master’s Degrees, one in Community Social Psychology and one in Community Economic Development with a concentration in Public Policy. With experience in strategy, implementation, and evaluation, my specializations are in logical framework development, measurement and evaluation tool development, monitoring/reporting and evaluation, community indicators and impact studies, assessments, research methodology, curricula development and design, theory research and implementation (theory of change), community organizing, community-based participatory research, community participation and engagement, and community program planning and project management. I have been consulting to local, regional, statewide, and national organizations and government agencies for almost 20 years.
